1、Master’s degree in science, engineering, or related field (Physics,Engineering, Chemistry, with strong computer and mathematics skills) required,PhD level education is strongly preferred.
2、Knowledge of AA and ICP-OES theory and components is a must (suchas electromagnetic fields, ionization sources, dispersive optical systems,sample introduction systems, RF systems, detectors, and data acquisitionhardware).
3、Strong instrumentation design skills and troubleshooting ability.The ability to understand the multi-discipline interactions in complicatedinstrumentation systems is a must.
4、Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the lab building,troubleshooting, and optimizing breadboard systems and prototypes.
5、Ability to make independent decisions.
6、Excellent group interaction and negotiating skills.
7、Ability to plan and define development projects.
8、Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handlemultiple tasks with different priorities.
