Program Manager, Commercial Operations--某贸易(上海)有限公司

Responsibilities:
• Manage projects to ensure that completion is consistent with stakeholder needs
• Develop project plans and adjust as stakeholder needs are explored and clarified
• Use existing internal resources as much as possible to be as cost efficient as possible
• Share information within and across groups in the company to make sure that every project is well understood and the project goals accurately reflect stakeholder needs
• Resolve interpersonal conflicts professionally
• Identify risks to project success and alert management and stakeholders early to avoid failure
• When necessary, make recommendations for additional resources (for example headcount, consultants, funding) while clearly identify the risks, and always aim to keep within budget
• Make suggestions and challenge stakeholder opinions, based on your personal experience, on the best way to resolve business challenges
• Find ways to keep moving forward, not being discouraged by delays or obstacles in your path
• Think strategically from the point of view of the company, not just the stakeholders involved in the project, and look for opportunities to improve the company business
• Act as a role model for positive attitude and creative problem solving
• Encourage teamwork across the organizations

Preferred Experience and Skills:
• History of project management in a large international company is mandatory
• Fluency in Mandarin/Simplified Chinese and English is mandatory
• Demonstrated understanding on Project Management principles, such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2
Preferred Education and Training:
• Certifications in project management required. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Scrum Master (CSM) or others. 
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
