Service Engineer,Dental Systems--某美资医疗公司 牙科

Primary Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for the digital dental business to support business growth in China.

Provide technical support such as repair and installation to the Distributor’s Technical Specialist (DTS) in China for all company digital products.   

Manage and maintain escalation between DTS and Level 3.

Provide training & application support for the distributor’s technical specialist.

Interface between Level 3 and DTS for all technical information flow and feedback. 

Assist country sales manager and regional sales representatives in pre and post sales activities.

Localize technical documentation (Installation and Service manual) in local language.

Maintain and update technical database in local language.

Provide regulatory registration support for new equipment. This will include equipment installation, vetting technical documentation for consistency and assist in filing regulatory papers. 


Job Requirements

This technical role requires the individual to possess strong medical/dental service and support skills covering all aspects of equipment installation and ongoing maintenance. The individual will have proven high competency levels, including mechanical, electrical/electronic and IT disciplines. The extra-oral business is a rapidly growing market for both 2D and 3D with Radiology and the dental arena. 

Degree or equivalent technical service and support related academic qualification. 

Proven hands on experience in installing, maintaining & troubleshooting X-Ray equipment, preferably with Dental X-ray equipment (must hold appropriate licenses for working on X-ray emitting devices).

Family with DICOM standard and proven hands on experience in DICOM integration.

Be fully conversant with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be customer focused and have strong business acumen.

Bilingual proficiency (English & Chinese).

Excellent team player.

Frequent travel within China with the flexibility to travel at short notice. 

Occasionally travel out of China to Hong Kong, Taiwan, US or Europe for training or service support.

Hold a valid passport and drivers license.

Ability to travel to France for training in the very early tenure.
