Responsibility
- Follow and optimize distributor management process in region level as well as application, evaluation, adjustment etc.
- Execute screen and selection criteria of distributors
- As the key contact point on Distributor’s management process such as new application, adjustment, termination & renew of contract, authorization letter release, etc.
- Distribution management SOP maintenance and process excellence to support the regional distribution model.
- Communicate and training SOP to distributors in the region
- Collect and analysis distributors’ requirement and feedback to COE to review and optimize the SOP
- Enhance distributor engagement to support regional business development
- Be responsible for distributor’s performance evaluation, to work very closely with regional sales managers to evaluate, analysis performance of distributer including performance improvement.
- Be responsible for conflict management in the region
- Be responsible for potential distributor resources in the region
- Identify potential distributors base on distributor criteria
- Support potential distributors database set up
- Recommend qualified distributor to support business development in the region.

Requirement
- At least 5-6years' channel management or sales management experience in medical/pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enhanced analytical skills.
- Clear thinker for strategic planner and process executor,
- Process & data driven,
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office
