Senior Product Manager-某欧美医疗器械(中国)投资有限公司

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible for marketing strategy development and detail plans for CAPD  to achieve business objectives

  2. Marketing information and sales data analysis and reporting, proactively collect and analyze market information and key stake holders’ insight to develop customer centric marketing plan

  3. Lead team members to work closely with internal teams like sales, commercial, MA, etc. developing brand differentiation plans and adjust marketing plan according to competitions in order to maintain brand market share

  4. Be responsible for product portfolio management (PD solutions and PD consumables)

  5. Be innovative on therapy and product promotion to drive for higher PD penetration and brand loyalty

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in clinical medicine is preferred
2. Above 10 years working experience in multinational company, and at least 3 years’ individual brand management experience;
3. Result driven
4. Good in interpersonal skill and communication;
5. Good in English (both oral & written)
